At Roustova, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our genuine leather products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make returns and refunds simple, fair, and transparent.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • The return request is raised within the allowed timeframe

Custom-made or personalized leather products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be completed within 48 hours after approval.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchange Options

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Items damaged due to mishandling
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
